I will do an indoor rowing video analysis

Indoor rowers and CrossFitters, I will do a video analysis of your indoor rowing technique and provide you with between 2 and 5 specific technical corrections and corresponding drills to practice. If I cannot find at least 2 corrections, you will not be charged. My response will be in the form of either an annotated version of your video (if technically feasible) or a .PDF document containing side by side stills from your video and a video of excellent indoor rowing technique, with commentary. I have 25 years experience as a competitive rower, and am the author of the CrossFit Rowing Blog.
